EUROPE DELIVERY

We currently use DHL as our shipping partner across Europe. All delivery time frames are for guidance only, include only working days (weekends and National Holidays are excluded), and are estimated from the time we confirm your order. We aim to dispatch your order within three (3) hours of confirmation (except at weekends), and will provide you with the tracking number of your order.

Europe Express orders will be delivered by 5pm on the next working day if placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Signature is required. Please note that if you place an order on a Friday, your item(s) will be delivered on the next working day.

We deliver to the following countries in Europe:

We offer free Express Delivery to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Poland.

We cannot dispatch your order without a phone number for delivery, as a phone number may be required in order for our shipping partner or customs to contact you regarding tax and/or duty charges.

Orders over £300 to non-EU countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, with all relevant import taxes and duties being included in the final purchase price at checkout.

Orders under £300 to non-EU countries are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, and your order may be subject to VAT, import taxes and/or duties. The final purchase price displayed at checkout does not include any relevant import taxes and duties. As the purchaser, you will need to pay any import taxes and duties to the carrier before your order can be released from customs. For any queries regarding VAT, we recommend that you contact your local customs office before placing your order.

All orders to non-EU countries may be subject to taxes and/or duties. Please note that if you are outside the EU, your country’s customs authorities may charge an import fee. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country will be your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and do not pay them on your behalf as we cannot predict them.

If you refuse your package because you do not wish to pay the import taxes or duties, you will still have to pay us a return processing fee (approximately £15 for European countries and £20 for the rest of the world). Please note that if you refuse your package, this will not cancel any invoices for taxes and/or duties that have been issued following the import of the package. You will need to reimburse the courier company (DHL or another company) for any duties and taxes that were paid by the courier company when the package entered the country. If the courier company charges us for these amounts, we will deduct them from your refund.
